The ADS’ Quality
Management System (QMS) is based on the internationally
recognized
ISO9001-2000 standard. Our QMS is composed
of a quality policy, manual, procedures and
instructions, and other associated documents.
The majority of these documents can be found
on our Intranet. The person responsible for
the management of the quality policy is the
Quality and Continuous Improvement Process
(CIP) Manager.
It is vital that each employee
be familiar with the ADS quality policy
and especially
with how it manifests itself in everyday
work tasks. In the case of each new hired
employee and new position assignment, the
employee must be familiar with the procedures
and instructions related to his or her
post. The employee is to receive the procedure
and instruction information from either
the
Quality and CIP Manager, his or her direct
superior and/or others in charge of the
relevant information.
