Measuring ADS Performance

ADS uses a proven management tool, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), throughout every business area and subsidiary. KPIs enable ADS leaders to quantifiably measure progress toward attainable strategic goals aligned with our corporate vision and mission.

Driven by Results

Although ADS has always been results-focused, KPI metrics enable us to be results-driven. Our chosen metrics provide hard data on short and long term value generation. For example, new product innovation and development is a KPI metric of the company’s long-term potential.

Across the Board

KPI metrics are generated by everyone: senior management, group managers, and employees. Senior management generate KPIs every month, while group managers perform daily monitoring and report results once a month. Individual employees are evaluated and rewarded for operational performance, which provides personal benchmarks for career potential and advancement.
