Paul Drouin, a founder of ADS Inc., has been the Chairman of the Board of ADS since 1989. While he is currently chair of the acquisitions committee and a member of the compensation committee, he also plays an active role in the company’s human resource management and strategic planning activities. In addition, Mr. Drouin was President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1989 to 2003. Mr. Drouin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

Guy Drouin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of ADS Inc. in June 2003. He is responsible for investor relations, acquisitions, strategic planning for ADS’s sectors, and company operations. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Drouin held senior positions at several ADS companies and was a manager at accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Drouin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a licensce in accounting, both from Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

René Drouin, P. Eng.

René Drouin, a founder of ADS Inc, has been an Executive Vice-President of the company since 1981. He is a member of several Boards of Directors serving ADS subsidiaries as well as other Québec-based companies. Mr. Drouin has been active as an engineering consultant on energy projects and the built environment for much of his career. Mr. Drouin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

Guy Bérubé, CA

Vice-President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer

Guy Bérubé has been Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of ADS since 1995. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Bérubé is responsible for the financial management of ADS. He participates in company-wide strategic planning processes, and he manages the day-to-day operations of several ADS subsidiaries. Prior to joining ADS, he held a variety of positions, including Senior Director, at accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Bérubé hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a license in accounting, both from Laval University in Québec City, Canada.
